As a sub consultant to URS Canada Inc., Judith's role as Project Landscape Architect and Certified Arborist was to join the URS team in reviewing the project's design and construction drawings. She has also been part of the team’s in workshop sessions to review and comment on design and cost estimates. The work is ongoing. Judith comments “It has been a huge process and an excellent opportunity.”

There have been two options proposed for the survival of the trees along the streetscape: the Silva Cell System and the Cupolex system.
